You will engage with clients through secure video conferencing, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions primarily through video chat, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor therapeutic approaches specific to each client's needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at helping clients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
• Monitor client progress through consistent follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Assist clients in developing effective coping mechanisms and insights into their emotions and relationships, promoting self-awareness and growth.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health challenges. These clients may seek assistance with issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. By employing a client-centered approach, you can empower individuals to navigate their unique life experiences and work toward meaningful change.

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently.
• Licensure options include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature are essential for building rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology and telehealth systems for efficient counseling sessions.
• Access to a computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities, along with a reliable internet connection.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred.
• Experience working remotely or in outpatient settings can be advantageous.
