  • A strong dedication to clinical care, education, and the pursuit of professional excellence.
  • A passion for team-oriented, Veteran-focused healthcare.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Attractive salary based on experience.
  • Generous paid leave: 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 federal holidays, plus 5 days for continuing medical education (CME).
  • Comprehensive insurance options including health, dental, vision, life, long-term care, and flexible spending accounts.
  • Federal retirement benefits including FERS, Social Security, and a Thrift Savings Plan with up to 5% matching.
  • Annual CME stipend.
  • Student loan repayment options available.
