Job Description:

Serving Southern Utah, Southeastern Nevada, and Northern Arizona, it has been a trusted cornerstone of regional healthcare for more than 100 years.
About this role:
As a Physician in Pulmonary Critical Care medicine you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. You will be an integral member of a collaborative, multi disciplinary team caring for complex, critically ill patients in a 32 bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
In this role you can anticipate:
  • Practicing at St. George Regional Hospital located in St. George, Utah.
  • A mix of pulmonary clinic, pulmonary consults, and ICU shifts; 1,825 hours annually (1.0 FTE)
  • 32-bed adult mixed medical/surgical ICU, caring for general surgery, trauma (Level II ASC Trauma Hospital Accreditation), cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, and medical patients

  • Competitive Compensation: $491,750.00
  • Incentives: $30,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable)

What you'll bring:
  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • Residency training in Internal Medicine
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
  • We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time
