Job description

The Erosion Company (TEC) is currently hiring a Night Loader. TEC is the largest and most experienced contractor in providing comprehensive erosion control services, specialty materials, forestry, and other site clean-up services to clients throughout the Southeast. TEC offers excellent pay based on experience and great long-term career potential for top performers!
Lead Night Loader candidates have a "Can-Do" attitude and strong work ethics. Night Loaders enjoy working outside in the elements. Successful Night Loaders are organized and efficient with their time and ensure nightly work orders are completed to TEC's High Standards. The candidate will be required to work the graveyard Shift.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Complete daily tasks according to work order specifics in the allotted time.
  • Perform stock rotation of products and materials.
  • Maintain the integrity of products through proper handling and storage.
  • Adhere to Company Safety Standards
  • Perform clean-up of the yard and warehouse.

Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to understand/follow directions and take instructions.
  • Physically able to walk and stand for long periods and distances and the ability to repeatedly bend & squat and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work under inclement weather conditions like rain, snow, heat, and cold.
  • Have experience operating small and large machinery, including Bobcat and other excavating equipment.
