• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' needs for orthopedic physical therapy, developing individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment interventions that adhere to physician care plans and established professional standards.
• Deliver high-quality patient care, which includes hands-on treatment, patient and family education, and instruction on home exercise programs.
• Promote safety and well-being by implementing appropriate safety procedures during sessions.
• Maintain clear, concise, and timely communication with the patient's healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage actively with patients, demonstrating empathy and encouragement to promote their recovery journey.

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Our diverse patient population includes individuals of all ages and backgrounds, from active young athletes to seniors experiencing mobility issues. Your role will be crucial in facilitating their recovery and improving their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state Physical Therapy license, with eligibility to practice in Florida.
• At least 3 years of experience working in an outpatient setting, specifically with orthopedic patients.
• Must hold current certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR to ensure patient safety and emergency readiness.
• Possess strong clinical skills and a depth of knowledge in treating orthopedic conditions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients and collaborating with team members.

While a Bachelor's Degree is a minimum requirement, candidates with a Master's Degree or specialized training in orthopedic physical therapy will be favored. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance patient care is also preferred. Additionally, familiarity with evidence-based practices and continuous education in the field will be highly regarded.
