Located in Arlington, VA [solidcore] is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role is for someone who brings the same intensity and passion to talent acquisition that our coaches bring to the studio floor! Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position is ideal for an individual eager to contribute to the growth of our corporate departments within our rapidly expanding company.

The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition, TA Managers, and Hiring Managers to help create a best-in-class hiring & onboarding experience for candidates consistent with [solidcore] brand standards, as well as assist with additional components of the full-cycle talent acquisition process. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing for our headquarters departments to identify top talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Corporate/HQ roles (Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, Strategy, Real Estate, Legal, and more).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to scope role requirements, align on interview structure, and create compelling job briefs.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that attract top-level corporate talent, including active, passive, and diverse pipelines.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders by providing talent insights, labor market trends, and recommendations that inform hiring decisions.
  • Facilitate weekly pipeline updates, proactively addressing risks, bottlenecks, and timeline delays.
  • Coach hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, evaluation, and equitable decision-making.
  • Provide a high-touch, white-glove experience to every candidate, ensuring timely communication, clarity of process, and a strong representation of the [solidcore] brand.
  • Own interview scheduling for multi-step interview processes, panel interviews, and cross-functional loops.
  • Maintain impeccable documentation and data integrity in ATS (Lever/Workday), ensuring clean reporting and compliance.
  • Create targeted sourcing campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed, niche boards, talent communities, and professional networks.
  • Leverage boolean search, outbound outreach, referral programs, and brand storytelling to build high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (TTF, TTH, funnel conversion rates, candidate experience, source effectiveness).
  • Partner with the TA team to continuously refine workflows, templates, interview scorecards, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to support onboarding coordination for new hires.
  • Champion employer branding by sharing market insights, creating content recommendations, and identifying opportunities to amplify [solidcore] in the talent marketplace.
Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Corporate/HQ functions.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or scaling organizations preferred.
  • Strong expertise using ATS systems (Lever-equivalent and Workday experience a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing passive talent across multiple job families.
  • Ability to manage 10-15 open requisitions while maintaining high-quality pipelines.
  • Skilled at building trust with hiring managers and navigating multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can influence without authority.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex interview loops and competing deadlines.
  • Motivated by data, structure, and continuous process improvement.
  • Passionate about fitness, health, and contributing to a mission-driven brand.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $60,000-$72,000 per year based on experience
  • Bonus eligibility based on performance
  • Monthly cell phone stipend
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
