• Conduct thorough physical health assessments to evaluate patients’ physical limitations and strengths, establishing effective treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs that utilize multiple treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on movement, adaptability, and self-care, helping patients regain both physical and emotional functionality.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical doctors, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care and seamless communication.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aiming to educate the public on the importance of physical health and wellness, reinforcing the supportive role of our center.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve individuals with diverse needs, including those recovering from trauma, surgery, chronic pain, or mental health challenges. • Must possess an active state license as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required; advanced education is considered a plus.

• Exceptional communication skills to foster effective interactions with patients, families, and fellow healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging, tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments.

• Prior experience within a rehabilitation or behavioral health setting is advantageous and may be prioritized.

• The salary range for this position is USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
