Position Summary
Position exists as a sales entry position with salary & capital unit incentives. This position will develop product and sales experience to assist sales team. Individuals in this position should possess the ability and desire to advance into a Sales Representative position over time with consideration to relocate if necessary.

What You'll Do:
1. Acquires the technical skill set on all products with an emphasis on capital goods.
2. Develops hands-on working knowledge of the basic operation of all CE, Major Instruments and Small Tools.
3. Develops firm understanding of the sales process for Capital Goods.
4. Participate in training in product and sales fundamentals as necessary.
5. Develop firm understanding of daily operations within the territory.
6. Develop an understanding of distributor operations and their role in the selling process.
7. Develop working knowledge of back-office support and resources.
8. Interface with end-users and distributors in moving the project through the sales process.
9. Coordinate events within the territory by the guidance of the Regional Manager (Open Houses, Distributer Training, End-User Events, Product Demonstrations, etc).
10. Develop target lists of end-users for campaigns and contact points such as e-blasts and product announcements.
