Why This Role Works
If you trained in neurology because you wanted to think deeply about complex cases — not chase RVUs and answer pages at 2 a.m. — this role is the antidote. Four-day weeks, hybrid telehealth, a coordinated team that absorbs the operational work, and patients who actually need a specialist who listens. The PIP model also means predictable reimbursement without the prior-auth grind.
