Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Providence, RI, with some flexibility to work from home. This role focuses on connecting with prospective and current clients, explaining STEVE HOUSING CENTER’s services, and guiding individuals through the housing options available to them. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting consultations, maintaining accurate client records, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Associate will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery, support outreach and marketing efforts, and contribute to meeting sales and service goals.
