What You'll Do

  • Design and operate the company-wide AI learning curriculum, including onboarding, role-specific deep dives, workshops, office hours, internal certifications, and an AI champions community.
  • Drive adoption and change management by defining what good usage looks like, measuring it with clear metrics, and removing friction through targeted interventions and storytelling.
  • Run the portfolio of Remitly AI initiatives and forums to build community, share wins, and accelerate adoption across the company.
  • Partner with Privacy, Security, Legal, and the Tech Radar working group to operationalize policies and guardrails for responsible AI use, especially around customer data and regulated workflows.
  • Maintain quality standards for AI tool evaluations, pilots, and rollouts, ensuring zero-defect launches and rigorous post-launch reviews.
  • Translate the rapidly evolving AI landscape into clear recommendations and crisp executive communications that influence leadership and business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain durable program operating mechanisms, including QBRs, intake processes, ongoing communications with target users, and adoption dashboards.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of program management experience in tech; experience in FinTech, payments, or similarly regulated, global environments is preferable.
  • Hands-on experience using Claude, ChatGPT, and other frontier LLM tools in your daily work, including prompt engineering, custom agents or GPTs, MCPs, plugins, and skills.
  • Direct experience deploying and scaling enterprise AI or developer tooling (Claude for Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise/Team, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) across a mid-to-large organization.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and running learning, enablement, or change management programs at scale.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with one or more of AI governance, vendor management, developer productivity, or internal AI platform programs is strongly preferred.

Compensation Details. The hourly range is $70-$75.
