SCHEDULE: DAY SHIFT - 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM WITH OVERTIME AS NEEDED; CURRENTLY WORKING A ROTATIONAL SCHEDULE - 8 DAYS ON, AND 2 DAYS OFF
LOOKING FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.
TOP SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (HIGHLY PREFERRED):
- MUST BE HONEST, RELIABLE, AND DEPENDABLE
- 1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH TOOLS (TEARING DOWN, CLEANING, REBUILDING)
- 2-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A MANUFACTURING SHOP OR A WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT
- 2-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH MANUAL LABOR
- MUST DEMONSTRATE MECHANICAL APTITUDE IN PREVIOUS ROLES
- MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE AND TECH SAVVY
JOB SUMMARY: The Downhole Tool Assistant is responsible for the coordination, performance, QAQC, and execution of Fortress processes and procedures related to the Downhole Tool product line. The Downhole Tool Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the Fortress-supplied products meets or exceeds the customer's requirements and maintains the standard of excellence established by Fortress Downhole Tools.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with customer field representatives to effectively coordinate and execute Cyclops Setting Tool pickup and delivery to customer field locations
- Wash, tear down & rebuild Fortress Cyclops Setting Tools per the applicable Fortress Work Instructions under strict Supervision
- Report all steps of the Fortress Cyclops Recycling Program through iFortress software with supervision
- Ensures all necessary equipment and tools are available and adequately maintained to perform all aspects of the job
- Assist in delivery and pickup of tools as needed.
