We are a family-owned HVAC and plumbing contractor with more than 50 years of success. As part of our strategic expansion into the South Metro, we are investing in a dedicated hunter-style sales role focused on residential new construction and targeted commercial HVAC growth.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for someone who excels at opening doors, building relationships with builders and general contractors, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will be supported by internal estimators and operations teams so you can focus on growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new builder, developer, and GC relationships in the South Metro
- Drive residential new construction HVAC and plumbing opportunities
- Pursue small to mid-sized commercial HVAC projects
- Own the front-end sales cycle from prospecting to handoff
- Maintain pipeline discipline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams
