Job Summary:
MDAEdge is a company focused on providing print support services, and they are seeking a Printer Technician. The role involves responding to service requests, delivering printer supplies, and providing technical support for printers in a hospital system.
Responsibilities:
• Driving a personal vehicle for service call visits and toner/supplies delivery.
• Checking Service Now Tickets and answering phone calls to respond to service requests and printer supply deliveries on a day-to-day basis.
• Moving desktop printers, delivering toner and other consumable parts throughout an entire hospital system to include remote clinics.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferred
• IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support)
• Technical Training & Certifications: Client Certifications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers, and company products
• Driving a personal vehicle for service call visits and toner/supplies delivery
