Tommy's Express Sales Associate

Tommy's Express Holdings (TXH) is the holding company for several Tommy's Express car wash franchise locations operating primarily within five counties of southwest Florida. Our car wash facilities are World Class and so is our customer service. Tommy's Express Holdings (TXH) has exciting opportunities for Sales Associates that can achieve excellent guest service, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide our guests with a "World Class" experience by greeting our guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Has a thorough understanding of Tommy's Express products and promotions to effectively drive sales by providing a solution.
  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance in high standards.
  • Drive sales results by creating strategic plans and initiating actions that maximize efficiencies and eliminate obstacles.
  • Demonstrate and maintain the highest levels of customer service.
  • Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through

Physical Demands

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. All safety equipment is provided. Employee will be working in AC as well as outside throughout the workday. On slow days or rainy days, employee may be required to do manual work (i.e. cleaning, stocking shelves, etc).
