Caregiver – Lakeland, TN

PAY RATE:  $14-$15 per hr.

Always Best Care is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our growing team serving clients in Lakeland, TN. We are looking for professionals who are reliable, caring, and committed to providing exceptional in-home care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting)

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed

  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry

  • Assist with medication reminders

  • Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed

  • Observe and report changes in a client's condition

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Qualifications
  • Available to work in Lakeland, TN

  • Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience

  • Valid driver's license

  • Reliable transportation with current auto insurance

  • Eligible to work in the United States

  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
