Job description

Title: Porter

Location: Fairview, OR
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday
Employment Type: Full-Time

TMG is seeking a dependable, hardworking Porter to support a multifamily community in Fairview, OR. You will help maintain clean, safe, and organized exterior grounds, common areas, storage spaces, offices, trash enclosures, and other shared property spaces.

What Youll Do

  • Pick up leaves, debris, litter, and other materials from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, amenity areas, and building grounds
  • Clean and organize property storage rooms, offices, and common-area spaces
  • Clean trash chutes, garbage enclosures, dumpster areas, and compactor areas
  • Empty and clean interior and exterior trash receptacles and pet waste stations
  • Sweep sidewalks, breezeways, walkways, and other shared spaces
  • Remove trash, debris, and potential hazards from exterior areas
  • Assist with seasonal projects such as pressure washing, leaf removal, storm cleanup, and snow or ice mitigation when applicable
  • Inspect property exteriors and report safety hazards, vandalism, damage, or other concerns to management
  • Follow direction and project priorities provided by the Portfolio Manager
  • Interact professionally and respectfully with residents, clients, coworkers, vendors, and other TMG partners
  • Assist with other reasonable property cleanup and organization projects as assigned
