About this vacancy


As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and assess technical talent across a variety of disciplines.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs for commissioning, electrical, mechanical, and data center projects
  • Conducting initial candidate outreach and screening interviews
  • Assessing candidate qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit
  • Close partnering with business managers
  • Managing candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Keeping up with hiring trends and talent market developments in the U.S. technology sector
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
