Job description

Responsibilities

Brasfield & Gorrie is currently accepting applications for Crane Operator (Large hydraulic swing cab, Lattice Boom). Below are the main responsibilities for this position.  

(This description may not include all duties required of this position)

 

  • Operate mechanical boom and cables to lift and move materials, machines, or products in many directions on a commercial construction project
  • Interpret and follow all signals
  • Position requires completing daily and weekly inspection and maintenance reports 
  • Position requires working in all types of weather
  • Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment
  • Must know instrument and control panels

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
  • 5 years Commercial Construction Crane Operator experience preferred
  • Must have current and valid NCCCO certification: TLL, LBC
  • Must fluently speak and write English
  • Ability to read load charts
