What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a Field Sales Director to lead the execution of Titleist's sales strategy across all product categories, driving regional growth and delivering on brand revenue targets. This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Sales Representatives, while directly engaging key market influencers, top trade partners, and management groups to strengthen relationships and expand market share. The Field Sales Director will play a critical role in launching new products, translating brand strategy into impactful market execution, and partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to identify opportunities and respond to market dynamics. This leader will also serve as a talent builder-identifying and developing future representatives, fitters, and industry professionals-while fostering strong connections within the golf community.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in the golf industry, selling to and servicing both on- and off-course accounts
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience guiding or developing others
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile accounts
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region, including overnight travel
  • Valid driver's license required and must be maintained
