Purpose
Aldridge Pite is seeking a Foreclosure Processor. The Foreclosure Processor is responsible handling tasks within a judicial Georgia foreclosure including but not limited to for data entry, accurately drafting documents, court filing and performing quality control measures. Knowledge of the judicial foreclosure process in Georgia is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a high-volume work environment and will have the ability to adapt to change easily.
Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities
โข Document preparation, Quality control
โข Document submission and Court filing
โข Respond to status inquiries
โข Update internal processing systems
โข Update and monitor clientโs 3rd party systems
โข Communicate with clients/vendors/courts
โข Assist with other duties and special projects as needed
Job Requirements
โข High School Diploma required
โข Foreclosure or office experience preferred but not required
โข Must be very organized and multi-task oriented
โข Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail
โข Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
โข Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
โข Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
โข Team player and willing to provide assistance in multiple areas whenever is necessary
