Purpose

Aldridge Pite is seeking a Foreclosure Processor. The Foreclosure Processor is responsible handling tasks within a judicial Georgia foreclosure including but not limited to for data entry, accurately drafting documents, court filing and performing quality control measures. Knowledge of the judicial foreclosure process in Georgia is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a high-volume work environment and will have the ability to adapt to change easily.

Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities

โ€ข Document submission and Court filing

โ€ข Respond to status inquiries

โ€ข Update internal processing systems

โ€ข Update and monitor clientโ€™s 3rd party systems

โ€ข Communicate with clients/vendors/courts

โ€ข Assist with other duties and special projects as needed

Job Requirements

โ€ข High School Diploma required

โ€ข Foreclosure or office experience preferred but not required

โ€ข Must be very organized and multi-task oriented

โ€ข Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail

โ€ข Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

โ€ข Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet

โ€ข Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
