Job description

Chandler Trucking company is seeking a Title Clerk with experience in expense tracking to join our team. The Title Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and timely records related to the sale and transfer of vehicles. As a Title Clerk, you will work closely with the sales team, customers, and government agencies to ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process vehicle title paperwork for new and used trucks and trailers
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle titles, registrations, and license plates
  • Communicate with customers, sales team, and government agencies regarding title and registration issues
  • Track expenses related to title and registration fees and maintain expense reports
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a title clerk or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with expense tracking software
