Automotive Tag/Title Clerk

We are looking for bright, motivated, and energetic professional to add to our world-class team. Our employees work together towards a common goal to offer the best service in the luxury automotive industry. Responsibilities

  • Process title work for FL and Out-Of-State deals (TitleTec)
  • Finalize title work through DLRdmv
  • Stock in vehicle purchases from Auction/Private Sellers
  • Assist with DMV license plate audits
  • Renew dealer plates annually
  • Posting journal entries
  • G/L Account & Schedule reconciliations
  • Process dealer trade and wholesale vehicles
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior auto dealership tag/title experience
  • Reynolds & Reynolds (ERAccess and Ignite) Accounting software experience
  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver’s license
