We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Title Insurance Processor. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, great customer service, and understand the urgency of responding to emails and requests in a timely manner.
Duties
  • Review and process title insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Schedule closings, prepare closing packages, and make arrangements for outside closers to attend off-site closings.
  • Communicate via email and/or phone with all parties related to the transaction to facilitate smooth transaction flow.

Skills
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with various persons involved in real estate transactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing documents.
  • Ability to proactively address and resolve issues heading into a real estate closing.
