Pay Rate Low: 24 | Pay Rate High: 26
Job Title: Associate of Manufacturing
Location: West Greenwich, Rhode Island (100% Onsite)
Multiple shift openings
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED with 1 year work or military experience, or an Associate degree
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hands-on operations: equipment setup, cleaning, sanitization, and material weighing
  • Follow GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) and safety protocols
  • Troubleshoot and monitor critical processes; conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment
  • Draft and revise SOPs and MPs
  • Participate in quality deviation reports and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines
  • Work in a clean room environment with proper PPE (steel-toe shoes, gowning, gloves)
  • Lift up to 35 lbs, move objects up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods)

Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior lab exposure or experience in batch chemicals/chemical processing
