Job description

Technicians play a vital role in the creation of Phantom Technology and Tissue stimulation under the direction of supervisors and engineers. In an industrial type of environment our technicians can perform any of the following duties: Measure, mix and pour chemicals using standard lab equipment, evaluate batches, perform
precision measurements and conduct quality assessments.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Work in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Perform work following all applicable safety procedures and policies.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications.
• Clean and maintain lab equipment.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to coordinate efforts.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• High School degree, diploma or a GED preferred
Skills and Competencies
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong appreciation for the importance of completing tasks on time.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Adaptable to a changing work environment, able to manage competing demands and unexpected events.
• Experience with hand tools and shop equipment is a plus.
