Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building with fleet managers, trucking companies, and owner-operators.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Recommend appropriate tires and maintenance services based on customer needs, vehicle specifications, and usage patterns.
  • Develop sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies (e.g., TPMS, retreading, fleet services).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Use CRM tools and reporting systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Prior sales experience in B2B, automotive, tire, or fleet industries preferred.
  • Basic understanding of tire types, commercial vehicle maintenance, or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to travel locally for customer visits.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Overtime maybe required.
