What does a tire associate do?

A typical day for a Tire Associate involves inspecting, mounting, balancing, and repairing tires for customer vehicles, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. Tire Associates often collaborate closely with service advisors, mechanics, and other technicians to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and customers' needs are met promptly. Communication and teamwork are essential, especially during busy periods when multiple vehicles require attention at once. The role can be physically demanding, but it offers valuable hands-on experience and opportunities to learn more about automotive service.
