Lead Auto Body Painter

Mackin’s Auto Body is currently seeking an experienced dependable Auto Body Lead Painter at our Hollywood location (one on the busiest shops in Portland). Current Painter is retiring and leaving some big shoes to fill. The ideal candidate has excellent time management skills and excellent attendance. We are looking for a team player who possesses good work ethics while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • 5 + years’ journeyman experience
  • Ability to tint and match all colors, including 3 and 4 stage
  • Expertise in mixing and tinting colors
  • Overall and spot painting and blending of panels
  • I-CAR certified preferred
  • Remove and discard damaged materials, responsible for cleaning work area
  • Able to work under time constraints and pressure
