Store Sales Associate in Riverside, CA

Starting Pay Rate: $ 19.30 per hour 

Full-Time Benefits!

This position is for Full-Time Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours (Overtime and weekends as needed): 

  • Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
  • Saturday: 8am – 12pm
  • Sunday: Closed

Join Our Team as a Store Sales Associate!

If you love helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you. As the go-to expert for retail and contractor customers, you’ll assist with product selection, color matching, and order processing across multiple channels. You’ll also help keep the store organized, stocked, and safe while supporting warehouse operations. 

Key Responsibilities May Include  

  • Connecting with customers and making product recommendations.  
  • Mix, tint, and match paint to meet customer specifications. 
  • Learning about PPC Brands, and how to help in a store. 
  • Process orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email. 
  • Tinting and color matching customer requirement. 
  • Safely handle, load, and unload products for stocking and order fulfillment. 
  • Support general store operations as needed. 
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications  

  • Must be at least 18 years of age. 
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state in which the position is based with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly. 
  • Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus. 
  • Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime. 
  • Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
