Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)Position Summary

A healthcare organization is seeking aย Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)ย to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient or mixed clinical setting. This role involves diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, delivering preventive care, and coordinating services to support the health of individuals and families across the lifespan.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full-scope primary care to patients of all ages
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Perform routine physical examinations, health screenings, and preventive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions as appropriate
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic health record
  • Participate in quality improvement, compliance, and patient safety initiatives
