Job description

Gary Yeomans Ford Villages are looking for their next Service Advisor to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians. The service advisor's general responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs. The service advisor will ensure customer service by working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, determining the repair timeline, and working with technicians to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions.
Responsibilities:
  • Work hand in hand with technician to identify maintenance.
  • Offer additional service and repairs to customer if required.
  • Maintain CSI at or above group.
  • Communicate with technicians and parts employees to ensure an optimal work is preforming.
  • Communicate with customers frequently to ensure that we meet and address the required maintenance for the vehicle.
