Proactively identify and resolve site issues, change orders, and conflicts, proposing practical, efficient solutions to keep the project moving forward. Maintain clear, transparent, and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Material & Budget Management: Manage project budgets, tracking all costs and expenditures. Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices. Monitor site inventory, verify material deliveries, and implement strategies to minimize waste and ensure efficient material management.
Job Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of proven project management experience, specifically within the commercial and industrial construction sectors. Previous experience in a supervisory, lead, or estimator role is highly desirable.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of commercial and industrial construction materials, methods, and tools.
