We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the successful execution of capital and/or expansion projects within our manufacturing operations. This role will coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be organized, technically capable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress, scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Ensure project objectives are clearly defined and technically feasible.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost using proper verification methods.
  • Identify and manage project risks to eliminate or minimize impact.
  • Report project status and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
