Be Seen First

After you apply to this job, you can share why you’re interested to jump to the top of the candidate list.

Job description

Before we get into the details, here's the most important thing to know.

We know the job title says "Real Estate Photographer," but the truth is, we're not photographers first. We're customer service reps who happen to hold a camera.

This role is about how you show up for people. If you're the type of person who can walk into a home, connect easily, make someone feel comfortable, and represent a brand well, you're already ahead of most applicants.

We can absolutely teach you the photography side. In fact, we often prefer candidates with no prior photography experience, because it lets us train from scratch with consistency. If you do have experience, you'll need to be fully open to doing things our way. What we can't teach is warmth, professionalism, and great people skills, and that's what matters most here

    About the Role

We work with some of the top real estate agents in Nashville, and what keeps them coming back isn't just the quality of our media. It's how we treat them. We show up on time, communicate clearly, make their clients feel at ease, and deliver a smooth experience every time. Our photographers are a true extension of our clients' brands, and that's a responsibility we take seriously.

A heads up on what this job actually looks like day to day: it's fast-paced, you'll work with a wide range of personalities, and there will be constructive feedback regularly. The people who thrive here lean into that rather than away from it. If that sounds like your environment, keep reading.

    What You'll Do

    • Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments

    • Capture interior and exterior photos using a structured shot list

    • Deliver a professional, friendly experience to homeowners and agents

    • Upload media after each shoot, no editing required

    • Learn additional services like drone and video over time

    Compensation & Perks

    • Earn up to $30/hour
    • Paid training (2–3 weeks depending on experience)
    • Bonus pay for twilight/evening shoots
    • Paid from your first appointment to your last (including drive time between shoots)
    • Additional travel pay for shoots 40+ miles away
    • All professional equipment provided (camera, drone, gimbal, etc.)

    Drone Certification

A drone license is required for this role.
We cover the FAA Part 107 exam and provide study materials - you just need to commit to passing.

    Schedule Requirements:

    • Monday–Friday availability required
    • Approximately 20 hours per week
    • Must be available at least 3 full days per week
    • Daytime hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM typical)
    • Occasional twilight shoots (7:00–8:30 PM in summer)
    • Reliable vehicle required
    •

    What We’re Looking For

    • Highly detail-oriented and organized
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Coachable and open to feedback
    • Positive, solution-focused mindset
    • Comfortable driving locally between appointments
    • Comfortable using basic technology
    • Reliable, punctual, and consistent
    • Interested in long-term growth with the company

Who This Role Is Perfect For

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, structured, and takes pride in doing things right - while still enjoying a creative element in their work.

This Role May NOT Be a Fit If...

    • You need guaranteed or fixed hours every week
    • You struggle with schedule changes or flexibility
    • You prefer minimal interaction with clients
    • You dislike structured processes or checklists

    Ready to Apply?

If you’re detail-driven, dependable, and excited to build a long-term skillset while representing a professional brand, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and grow with us.
