SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oracle Implementation Consultanrt supports the Corporate Payroll team in implementing the Oracle Cloud Payroll, Time and Labor and Absence Management Systems.


General tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Dedicated to implementation of the full Payroll, Absence Management and Time & Labor Oracle modules, ensuring that payroll and timekeeping needs are clearly defined in system requirements and are appropriately implemented through collaboration with the Oracle team, Enterprise Information Technology Services (EITS) and other key stakeholders

• Serve as subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, specifically Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management but in additional modules as appropriate (Core HR, Benefits, etc.), understanding the dependencies and relationships between various the various modules, as well as integration points with non-HCM modules

• Coordinate business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and design of solutions

• Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud functionality

• Create and deliver project documentation, including business process design, configuration design and Requirements traceability matrix

• Review, define and guide re-engineering business processes to be carried in the most efficient way with the appropriate preventive controls

• Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues that may impact the implementation process

• Create and coordinate testing plans, including drafting test scripts, identifying test data, coordinating and logging of defects, and developing strategies for payroll and timekeeping parallel testing

• Design and configure reports and queries in support of payroll operations post go live

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:


EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:

• Bachelor’s Degree

KNOWLEDGEABLE IN:

• Timekeeping and Payroll Operations

• Functional Knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with expertise in Payroll, Time & Labor and Absence Management modules

• Full life cycle expe rience with all aspects of application setup, testing, user training, and production support

• Experience with designing and testing conversions, interfaces with third parties, and custom reporting
