Job description

We are a large growing HVAC contractor in Texas that works on many of Texas's biggest and best HVAC projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire Texas's best and brightest HVAC TI Project Estimator's in the near future.

Responsibilities: Calculate ROI & analyze energy models. Make sales calls on existing and new clients. Attend meetings with subcontractors and vendors.

Build accurate and winning quotes/Estimates for upcoming projects. Create proposals/submittals outlining the SOW (scope of work). Manage schedule, billings, and ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget.

Requirements: Local. Stable work-history. 5+ years of HVAC Estimating experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or similar preferred. Knowledge in: State HVAC Codes, Timberline, Quickpen/Accubid, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Excel.
