What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a team of up to 40 team members and supervisors
  • Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and accountability
  • Deliver a fast, friendly guest experience with quality products every time
  • Drive restaurant performance through strong execution in sales, labor, and food cost
  • Manage inventory, place food orders, and maintain accurate financial controls
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, and daily operations
  • Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards are consistently met
  • Partner with district and support teams to achieve business goals

What We Offer
  • Starting salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually + bonus potential
  • Medical, life insurance, and short-term disability
  • 401(k) with employer match (after 6 months)
  • Paid sick time + up to 20 days PTO
