Tim Hortons Restaurant Manager - Buffalo Area (North and South towns)

At Tim Hortons, powered by Kelton Enterprises, our Restaurant Managers are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving results, and developing people. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll make a real impact-on your team, your restaurant, and your community!

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of up to 40 team members and supervisors
  • Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and accountability
  • Deliver a fast, friendly guest experience with quality products every time
  • Drive restaurant performance through strong execution in sales, labor, and food cost
  • Manage inventory, place food orders, and maintain accurate financial controls
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, and daily operations
  • Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards are consistently met
  • Partner with district and support teams to achieve business goals

What We Offer

  • Starting salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually + bonus potential
  • Medical, life insurance, and short-term disability
  • 401(k) with employer match (after 6 months)
  • Paid sick time + up to 20 days PTO
  • Optional coverage: dental, vision, accident, critical illness, long-term disability
  • Ongoing training and leadership development

What You Bring

  • 2-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work a 45-50 hour work week
  • Reliable transportation

  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team
  • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain-training provided)
