Commercial Roofing & Insulation Sales

Even if you’re not in sales,but said yes to all of the above questions this could be the career you have been looking for. Here, each day is a little different and new challenges are always just around the corner. Tillotson Enterprises is looking for a passionate person in sales or would like to learn sales to join our current team. We are not your average roofing company. We do not do shingles. We specialize in spray on applications of roof and insulation products. We offer the tools and training you will need to be successful. We are willing to work with you to develop your skills and find opportunities for career growth. Tillotson Enterprises is a growing business looking for someone like you. We build relationships and trust with our team and reward motivated employees.

Job Requirements

  • Be 18+ years of age
  • Have a clean driver’s license
  • Pass mandatory drug screening, instant and hair
  • Strong enough to handle a 28 ft. extension ladder (63 lbs) on and off a truck ladder rack
  • Learn and understand all the systems Tillotson Enterprises offers
  • Learn and understand the company program to generate proposals
  • Learn and communicate the value, differences and importance of systems that Tillotson Enterprises offers
  • Follow up on leads and complete bids
  • Close jobs in a timely manner
  • Attend home shows/farm shows in your territory to promote Tillotson Enterprises
  • Develop other sales markets as needed
  • Self generate enough leads to meet company sales goals
  • Be a liaison between client and crew
  • Do inspections and reports after roof is complete
  • Assist with the development of marketing and promotional products to promote sales
  • Increase sales knowledge/skills by reading books, listening to podcasts, attending seminars, etc.

  • Fuel card for company miles driven with company truck
  • Company clothing allowance
  • Measuring wheel, measuring laser, moisture meter, coring tool, and various other small tools

Compensation Package & Benefits Package

  • PTO days, Paid Holidays and paid time off between Christmas and New Years

  • Health Insurance 50% of single policy for 1st year. 2nd year 90%
  • Paid education classes to improve knowledge of systems and sales training when offered

Sales Expectations

  • Expected to meet company and personal sales goals
  • Leads are a combination of company generated and self generated
  • Achieve a minimum of 35-40% sales conversion ratio
  • Follow up on bids

Territory

  • Tillotson Enterprises has branches in Lincoln, Omaha, and Kearney which proudly serve the entire Midwest. The Sales territory is split between our Lincoln/Omaha and Kearney Branches. The dividing line is York. We are hiring for a Salesperson in Lincoln and in Omaha.
