What is a tiling assistant?

Tiling Assistants are workers who support experienced tilers in the preparation, installation, and finishing of tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces. Their duties often include mixing adhesives, cutting tiles, preparing surfaces, cleaning tools, and ensuring the workspace is safe and organized. They help ensure that tile installations are completed efficiently and to a high standard, often working on construction sites, renovations, or residential projects.
