THE BASICS

YOUR DAY AS OUR GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECH

No two days are the same, and that's exactly the point.

You'll tackle:

  • General facility maintenance

REQUIREMENTS FOR A GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECH

  • 5+ years in carpentry
  • 3+ years in general maintenance/handyman roles
  • 3+ years in painting/patching

Preferred:

  • Tile installation experience
  • Flooring expertise
