About the Role

RevoluSun is a locally owned company serving over 10,000 homes and businesses across Oahu. As our in-store HVAC Sales Rep, you're stationed inside Home Depot, in front of homeowners who are already there to improve their homes. Your job is to start the conversation, qualify the need, and book in-home HVAC consultations for our team. No cold calling. No door knocking. Warm traffic, inside one of the most trusted brands in the country. This is a sales role. If hitting goals gets you going, keep reading.

What You'll Do
  • Engage homeowners on the Home Depot floor and at in-store events
  • Start conversations and ask the right questions to qualify real HVAC needs
  • Book in-home consultations for our HVAC team
  • Track your interactions and booked appointments accurately
  • Hit and beat weekly appointment goals
  • Set up and break down pop-up tents and displays for weekend events
  • Represent RevoluSun and the Home Depot brand with energy and professionalism
What We're Looking For
  • Sales or customer-facing experience required. Retail, solar, telecom, hospitality, events, promo, serving, anywhere you've had to win people over
  • Track record of hitting or beating targets
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable going first with strangers all day
  • Thick skin. You'll hear no a lot and keep moving
  • Able to work solo and stay productive without someone over your shoulder
  • Comfortable on your feet and mobile for extended periods
  • Able to lift around 20 lbs and set up a pop-up tent and displays
  • Available for a flexible schedule including weekends and peak hours, plus occasional weekend event work
  • Reliable, punctual, and sharp in appearance
