Job description

Overview
We are actively seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as an Experienced Remodeling Crew member. Duties

  • Assisting in general construction and remodeling projects and daily tasks

  • General labor tasks involved in the remodel of houses

  • Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials

  • Execute a variety of remodeling tasks including demolition, framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and painting to bring renovation visions to life

  • Install cabinetry, windows, doors, trim carpentry, stucco, glass, tile, and other fixtures with attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Operate power tools and basic machinery, use hand and power tools safely

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution

  • Perform construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout each project phase

  • Collaborate with team members on site safety practices, material handling, fabrication processes, and restoration efforts

  • Adhering to safety protocols, including using PPE, and work in environments exposed to noise, fumes, and irritants.

  • Take direction and complete assigned tasks efficiently

  • Report to the Site Supervisor daily

  • Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe

  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism on all job site

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in Residential Construction preferred.

  • Must be able to cooperate and work well with other employees and must be able to take direction from supervisors.

  • Experience with construction, remodeling, or home repairs.

  • Willingness to learn and take direction and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied weather conditions .

  • Physically able to materials, appliances, and heavy items in tandem with other assistance safely.

  • Comfortable working at various heights and on scaffolding.

Hiring Requirements:

  • 18 years or older.

  • Knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

  • Pass a background check
