We are looking for a hands-on construction professional who wants more than a job where they do the same task every day.

Our crews build custom gunite/shotcrete swimming pools from the ground up. The person in this position will eventually be responsible for taking a pool project from excavation through completion — operating equipment, laying out the pool, coordinating the crew, solving problems in the field, and making sure the finished product is built correctly.

You do not need to know everything about swimming pools on day one.

We are willing to train the right person.

What we need is someone who already knows how to work with their hands, operate equipment, figure things out, take ownership, and lead people.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be involved in virtually every stage of building a custom swimming pool:

• Haul trailers, equipment and materials to job sites
• Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders and other construction equipment
• Excavate and prepare pool sites
• Establish elevations, grades and layout
• Build and install pool forms
• Install and pressure-test PVC pool plumbing
• Install reinforcing steel/rebar
• Prepare pools for shotcrete/gunite
• Assist with and learn shotcrete/gunite operations
• Install tile and coping
• Install pumps, filters, heaters, automation and other pool equipment
• Read construction plans and follow project layouts
• Coordinate subcontractors and deliveries
• Direct and work alongside a small construction crew
• Maintain equipment, tools and trailers
• Keep jobsites organized, safe and professional
• Identify problems before they become expensive problems
• Communicate progress and issues with the owner/project manager
• Complete projects according to our quality standards and schedule

POOL EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS — BUT NOT REQUIRED

We will teach you our pool construction system.

You don't have to walk through the door knowing how to build a gunite pool.

However, you must already understand construction.
