  • Load, unload, carry, and safely transport countertops and materials
  • Help measure, position, level, secure, and finish countertops
  • Learn to safely use hand and power tools
  • Protect floors, cabinets, walls, and other areas during installations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Clean up after completed installations
  • Follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Work professionally in customers' homes and businesses
  • Help complete installations efficiently and correctly

  • Flooring or tile
  • Millwork

  • Warehouse work
  • Moving
  • General labor
  • Other hands-on or physically demanding work

No related experience? That's okay. If you're dependable, motivated, and willing to learn, we encourage you to apply.
What We're Looking For
The most important qualities are reliability, work ethic, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
The ideal candidate:
  • Shows up on time and can be counted on
  • Is willing to learn a skilled trade
  • Is comfortable working with their hands
  • Can safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Can stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the day
  • Is comfortable using basic hand tools or willing to learn
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Follows directions carefully
  • Works well with a Lead Installer and team
  • Treats customers, homes, and property with respect
  • Takes pride in doing quality work

A valid driver's license is preferred.
What We Offer
  • $15-$20 per hour, based on experience
  • Full-time, year-round employment
  • Monday-Friday schedule

  • 10 paid vacation days + 3 paid sick days after 2 years
  • Stable employment with an established, family-owned company
  • Long-term opportunity for growth and advancement
Why Join Us?
This is more than a general labor position.
You'll learn a skilled trade that you can build on over time. As your skills and experience grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and work toward becoming a Lead Installer.
If you're currently working a job with little opportunity for advancement, doing general labor, or simply looking for a career where you can learn a valuable skill and increase your earning potential, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
