What You'll Do:
As a Flooring Sales & Design Consultant, you will:
  • Welcome customers into the showroom and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Help customers select flooring products that fit their style, needs, and budget.
  • Learn the features and benefits of carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, tile, and other flooring products.
  • Schedule and coordinate measurements and installations.
  • Prepare estimates, quotes, and sales orders.
  • Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process.
  • Maintain an organized, attractive showroom.
  • Work closely with installers and vendors to ensure projects are completed successfully.
  • Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
