SALES PROFESSIONAL, FLORIDA TEAM, FORT LAUDERDALE BASE
Location: Field coverage for FLORIDA. Home base location of and concentration on FORT LAUDERDALE area. Daily territory travel with some overnight.
We're hiring for a SALES PROFESSIONAL with experience of flooring or tiling installation products and systems, a passion for the industry, customer-first, solution-driven mindset, to drive territory growth. For this position, bilingual English and Spanish is advantageous.
What You'll Do
  • Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory
  • Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and architects
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service

Experience and Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (flooring or tiling systems required)
  • Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements
  • High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused
  • Ability to travel daily within territory (some overnight)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Hands-on skills for field support; able to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) occasionally and carry up to 55 lbs. (25kg)
