Job Summary

Kodiak Solutions is hiring Manufacturing & Installation Technicians for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with NeoPod Systems in New Braunfels, TX.

NeoPod Systems specializes in manufacturing prefabricated bathroom pods and interior building systems for commercial construction projects. We are seeking dependable, hands-on workers with experience in construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, assembly, or installation.

Candidates should be comfortable using hand and power tools, reading a tape measure, following drawings and instructions, and working as part of a production or installation team.

This is a Temp-to-Hire position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position with NeoPod Systems based on performance, attendance, workmanship, and business needs.

Manufacturing & Installation Responsibilities

  • Assemble prefabricated bathroom pods and interior building components.
  • Perform hands-on construction and assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Install framing, drywall, tile, trim, fixtures, cabinets, countertops, and other components.
  • Assist with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or finish-out tasks based on experience.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Read measurements, layouts, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Measure, cut, fit, assemble, and install materials.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
  • Correct deficiencies and communicate issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain production schedules and quality standards.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety procedures.
