Job description


We are looking to hire a Facility Maintenance Tech to provide technical support to restaurant in different locations. Primary job duties for maintenance workers include installing, repairing, and maintaining restaurant grounds and equipment. Specific examples of responsibilities may include fixing drive-thru intercoms, installing new equipment, etc.
The Facility Maintenance Tech assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Facility Maintenance Team, we will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. This position requires continuous work neat heat, noise, gas, and chemical. The position also requires frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending and kneeling. This position will require weekend and/ or holiday work.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Landscaping
  • Irrigation maintenance
  • Lot stripping
  • Signage
  • Building Maintenance (walls, ceiling, etc.)
  • DT pressure washing (Hotsy)
  • Roof maintenance and preventative maintenance (belts, filters, etc.)
  • NRBES maintain compliance

Important qualifications:
Experience in cleaning, janitorial work and planned maintenance, ability to communicate in English is required, a friendly attitude, a high level of comfort working in busy environment and among people during the business day. Be able to manage task at several locations and oversee others. Be a fast learner of task and responsibilities, and the ability to be flexible in communicating with and taking directions from supervisors and managers. This is an hourly position that pays $20-$22/hr depending on experience.
Basic qualifications:
• 18 years or older.
• Pass the background check.
• Experience with electricity and plumbing.
• Experience with product manuals (e.g., regarding and applying knowledge to make repairs).
• Experience with troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns (pinpointing, and fixing breakdown).
